Margaret founded Nanny Link in 1996 as an independent company and has utilised her skills as a qualified nanny, working mother and ex- employer of a nanny, to provide a caring, professional and dependable agency service.

As a parent, Margaret believes that all candidates should receive a thorough interview in person and that all references are substantiated and CRB checks made. Nannies are carefully selected to compliment a client's specific needs and are monitored to ensure complete satisfaction for both the client and the Nanny. We continue our relationship throughout the placement.  We care about our nannies and the jobs we put them forward for so we want to meet them in person and understand their hopes and aspirations as well.

Nanny Link has also encouraged Nannies to understand the true meaning of a wage by ensuring they are all informed of a gross salary and not quoting net to our clients.  This assists the nannies with a greater understanding of their real earnings.  It also ensures Clients know the true cost of each nanny and that salaries are paid correctly with wage slips and most importantly parents are told the final cost so that they have no horrible surprises when the employees tax bill needs paying at the end of the month. Most importantly our nannies dont loose their jobs as parents do not have nasty surprises about the cost of their nanny.

Due to Margarets training and background she is now a active committee member of the ANA (association of Nanny agencies).  This has been growing over the years and each member has a protocol to follow in the care of Nannies and Clients.  Recently Margaret gave a talk on Gross verus net salaries which was received warmly and greeted with great interest. 

Nanny Link has expanded through a franchising network and now has offices in Canterbury & Medway, London, Sevenoaks and Dulwich. Margaret continues to operate the Sidcup office.
