Margaret founded Nanny Link in 1996, and has utilised her skills as a qualified nanny, working mother and ex employer of a nanny, to provide a caring, professional and dependable agency.

As a parent herself, she believes that when you turn to an agency for assistance you should expect all candidates to be interviewed in person and that references are substantiated. As a nanny, Margaret often felt cheated by some agencies, as some did not even care enough to see her – interviews were held via brief telephone conversations – while others just wanted to slot her into the first available vacancy.
