Interview Procedures through Nanny Link

Alternatively you may call the office and initially we will speak to you, so to ascertain your suitability for our agency, please note the following criteria to join Nanny Link Ltd:
- You must have a recognised qualification in childcare i.e.: NNEB, CACHE, Norland nanny, NVQ levels, BTEC and so forth
- Have a first aid certificate. (if this is out of date be prepared to retake)
- Have a CRB check or be prepared to take one out
- Training placements or previous employment so we can take up references
We only register professional Nursery Nurses or Nannies
You must be able to prove your qualifications in child care and demonstrate a clear concise training programme and/ or references for working in a childcare setting as paid employment.
We will offer you a face-to-face interview, which must take place before you are able to meet a prospective employer. Our meeting can take up to 2 hours. This will be a relaxed yet formal interview so we can establish your background hopes and aspirations for your next post. As we have worked as Nannies and are trained we will understand your role and will work hard to find you the right family and not just slot you into the first post available.
Once we are satisfied with your interview and apply for references we will be able to search for suitable vacancies for you
