Gross salaries and Net Pay. As a professional service to Clients and Nannies alike we do inform parents of the Gross pay as we feel parents come to us for advise and our expertise. There is no other industry that is prepared to agree a net salary as it is basically an 'open cheque book '. None of our nannies lose their jobs due to a misunderstanding on the salary to the nanny. Our nannies are made aware of the exact salary they earn by discussing the gross and we will explain how much this will convert to net pay. We feel that ALL Nanny agencies should inform parents of the exact wage of the nanny by quoting gross.
