After leaving College having achieved the professional NAMCW qualification Karen has worked over 26 years as a nanny for a variety of families caring for children aged from 0-12 years before becoming a mature mother herself in 2003.

With a vast amount of experience in the care and development of children including now her own daughter, she is able to use this professional insight to strive for the perfect match between family and nanny. Karen came to Nanny Link back in 1996 to source work as a Nanny. She remained with our company throughout her time from then on as we were able to offer her the care, commitment and work opportunities as a Nanny. Karen has exemplary references from previous employers and now she is taking her career to another level. As part of our team Karen too will be able to draw on her professionalism as a qualified Nanny and as a mother to reassure and understand both parties, and show our expertise in sourcing Nannies and families.
