 Nanny Link was founded by Margaret Cowell in 1996 to recruit and place high quality  qualified nannies with families. Margaret is an NNEB  trained nanny qualifying in 1982, and has worked as a nanny. As a mother who has employed nannies to care for her own son, Margaret is in the perfect position to empathise and understand the needs of families seeking a nanny to care for their children. Margaret believes passionately about her chosen career and the importance of a nanny's professionalism.

We ensure our nannies provide a professional service by recruiting nannies with Nationally recognised qualifications such as NNEB, Norland,  BTEC, NAMCW, Cache & NVQ's.

We listen carefully to the needs of our families and nannies to ensure that both are complimentary and mutually beneficial. Time and diligence is applied to the matching process. Gross salaries and Net Pay. As a professional service to Clients and Nannies alike we do inform parents of the Gross pay as we feel parents come to us for advise and our expertise.  There is no other industry that is prepared to agree a net salary as it is basically an 'open cheque book '.  None of our nannies lose their jobs due to a misunderstanding on the salary to the nanny. Our nannies are made aware of the exact salary they earn by discussing the gross and we will explain how much this will convert to net pay.  We feel that ALL Nanny agencies should inform parents of the exact wage of the nanny  by quoting gross.

Our service does not stop there we work with trusted companies such as Way2paye,nanny tax, IS:HR, Morton Michel insurance, Civil and corporate, frist aid companies and other training professionals to ensure every aspect of your nanny requirements is covered.

It is illegal for Nannies to be charged to find employment via a Nanny Agency. If you ask for work to be done by the agency such as CVs or DBS(CRB'S) you may be asked for an administrative fee. If you are registering to find work only you must not be charged. Please be careful of any companies that ask you for money to join them.
